The incident took place in St. Petersburg. On the morning of May 15, 83-year-old Tsoi did not find his Volkswagen car, which he parked near the house on Grazhdansky Prospekt at 1 am. The next day, he turned to the police, estimating the amount of damage at 250 thousand rubles.
The police are checking the statement of Robert Tsoi.
